Fernando Gomes is a partner in the areas of Infrastructure and Project Finance, Eletric Power, Banking and Finance and Capital Markets at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
He represents banks and other financial institutions, publicly-held companies, private companies and other investors, foreign and domestic sponsors in a variety of transactions such as the financing of projects and structured transactions, including the issuance of bonds, in various areas (regulated or not) of the industry.
He holds a degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos, he is a Specialist in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and he also holds a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) by University of Pennsylvania Law School.
He was an international associate at a major New York law firm between the years of 2008 and 2009.
